When you first see Fishdom, you may think it is similar to many of the other games that have become popular. However, when she spent a couple minutes you realize this is not just a game and putting fish in the tank, a unique simulation that is combined with a great puzzle game.

After you download the trial version of the game, you have one hour of playing time to decide whether or not you'd like to purchase the game to be able to play it all the time. It will probably take you about five minutes to reach for your credit card. Don't take my word for it though, make sure you use your full hour to check out all the different aspects of the game.

Take a couple minutes in the beginning of the game to go through the tutorial. It will quickly teach you the ins and outs of Fishdom and allow you to enjoy it from the very first moment. It starts you out with just enough cash to get one fish in your tank and then walks you through the puzzle phase of the game. You had to complete these puzzles in order to get more cash to buy more stuff for your tank.

After you purchase your first fish, you are taken to the puzzle portion of the game. If you liked Tetris or Bejeweled, you're going to absolutely love this game. You earn money by completing puzzles and removing specific pieces that are outlined. Once all of these are gone and you have completed the level, you will receive points for all the combinations that you have made along with bonus money for finishing quicker.

You're able to remove the pieces by constructing rows of three pieces or more in consecutive order. The more you combine, the more points you get for each row. As you get larger combinations, you are awarded a special game piece that can take out more of the individual tiles.

The better combinations you make, the better bonus pieces you receive. You can get dynamite, rockets and bombs that will take out as much as half of a side of the puzzle. One of the most struck the bonus pieces is a lightning bolt as you can move it over any symbol that you want and it will be surely every piece on the board, regardless of its position, that has that symbol. It's a great way to get out of a jam.

As soon as you're done with the level, you go back to the fish tank and spend your money. You can buy things like new fish, underwater plants and improvements for the tank that will make it more comfortable for your fish. When you are in this mode, the fish will sometimes have a thought in their heads about what they would like. When you purchase that item, it makes the fish happier and get you that much closer to winning the cup. When you spend all your money he can go back to the puzzle mode and get more. Before you know it, you are addicted and will have spent hours completing puzzles and buying your fish presents.
